It is Neil Young - look at the title of the main article. He is represented as engaging; you need to write more eg the warmth of his smile, the direct eye contact, the composed and gentle look.
Cover lines refer to the number of articles inside. Some magazine covers have a cluttered, busy appearance, some are frantically chaotic and some are restrained and refined looking. MOJO is somewhere in the middle.
